Now this might sound a little unrealistic but consider how often you've "looked" for the elusive you? How often have you've taken on other people's notion of who you are, what you do. We all travel on the road of life with just the few things we have learnt from our parents and teachers along the way. Chances are our teachers where just doing the things they were taught, same as their teachers where doing right back to... well who really knows how far back we can go. The point is the transfer of knowledge gets twisted, confused. Sometimes it is used to control and manipulate.Most people understand the idea of the "Broken Telephone" - apply the broken telephone to this notion of information passed on for generations. Where do you end up?

That we often go about life for the longest time thinking, even believing that we know who we are and what makes us tick when in fact that ticking sound is a time bomb that will eventually go BANG! Then, and unfortunately often only then, with the aide of forensic reconstruction we piece our life back together to see what went wrong. Sometimes it is a big bang - much like "The Big Bang" and something comes into existence -we have an epiphany! Most times though its not so big. Most times its like getting a little stuck, lost, a little anxious, angry even.

This website together with the people offering their points of view is all about helping you find your way, planting your stake in the ground, getting grounded in your essence and moving forward in whichever direction you say is forward. There are many paths and many processes. There are many gurus. We believe that being your own guru is what its all about.
